All direct Customers of IndiaMarketHub basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between IndiaMarketHub and the User that apprise about the rights, duties and obligations of IndiaMarketHub and the User.

IndiaMarketHub's Usage Policy is designed to protect IndiaMarketHub, its Users and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by Users of IndiaMarketHub's services. All users of IndiaMarketHub's services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on IndiaMarketHub's services, such as hacking and spamming.

Website Development Agreement applies to the purchase of all services ordered by Customer on the Order (collectively, the "Services"). The parties understand, acknowledge and agree that this is an online agreement, which is being entered into in conjunction with the Order.

Search Engine Optimization and Reporting Agreement Company is authorized to use the specific keywords for development, improving the ranking of, and/or positioning the contents of the Customer's URL(s) in search engines and/or directories.

We strive to make the Web a better place and consider the abuse of our services a serious matter. We investigate and record all reports of abuse submitted to us. However, please note we may not be able to provide you with specific updates in response to your specific report due to privacy reasons.

IndiaMarketHub's Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that IndiaMarketHub may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors of IndiaMarketHub site.

Our Scope of work is designing of Websites for customers in accordance with the order wherein both our company as well as customer is bound by certain responsibilities in order to timely & effectively complete the website. We therefore enter into Website Development Agreement wherein both our company & customer responsibilities are defined. We will not agree for any cancellation of contract under any circumstances.

Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. Our services also do not involve any E-Commerce transactions.

Hence we have not incorporated these policies in our Website.
